Client Privacy

A Writer's Aide (AWA), part of Get It Together Productions (GITP), is committed to high standards of business integrity. Working with us will be no different from contracting the services of a top-end brick-and-mortar facility. Information provided by AWA clients is never shared with another company. Your name, e-mail, contact numbers and address will not be used for any purpose except direct contact from AWA.

Project Privacy

Project privacy is also guaranteed. AWA does not share project information with any third party. Every project is handled with complete confidentiality. Projects will be stored for ninety (90) days after completion for client convenience.

Transfer of Domain

In the event that this site and domain name are transferred to different owners, the information will only be retained if the purpose of the new owners is exactly aligned to the services now provided by this site. If this requirement is not met, all information will be eliminated before site transfer.

Payment Policy

For certain projects, a retainer fee must be paid before work can begin. This retainer fee is then applied to the total cost of the project. There are no hidden costs. All pricing is spelled out when a project is requested, and the project invoice contains specific details.

Rates for Canadian clients and clients from other countries are subject to the current exchange rate. AWA uses PayPal services.
